Rental rates correspond to the term of the lease chosen by the tenant.
Rental rates include 5 day per week janitorial, all utilities, receptionist service and
access to all common rooms.
These rates are for a multi year lease. We do accept
short term lease or even a kind of month-to-month tenancy at slightly
higher prices. Tenancy can only be undertaken with an executed lease
agreement.
